New functions and fixes in MP3Resizer 1.9.1:

 This is a bugfix release and contains no new features.

Added: Now you can add entire folders (including their sub-folders or not) using the 'Add Folder' button added to the main window.
Added: Now you can change the bitrate of the preview in the Preview window.
Improved/changed: MP3Resizer now stores its settings in the Windows registry (instead of an ini file).

And a few small bug fixes.
